Shipping policy
At Black Shirt Love, every product is made to order. Once you place an order, your item is sent to production and prepared specifically for you before being shipped.
We currently ship orders to eligible destinations available at checkout.
1. Order Processing
Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your delivery destination, shipping method, carrier, and other factors.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
For orders fulfilled through our production partner, shipping times are calculated separately from production time.
Please keep in mind that weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order and your delivery destination.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs are separate from the product price unless a free-shipping promotion is specifically stated.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information when available.
You can use the tracking number to follow your package through the carrier's tracking system.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
5. International Shipping
We may ship internationally to destinations available at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. Multiple Items in One Order
If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be produced or shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
You may therefore receive more than one package for a single order.
