At Black Shirt Love, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are created only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.
We want you to be happy with your order, and we will always do our best to make things right when there is a problem with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Once we review your request, we will determine the appropriate solution. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size or Color

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges when a customer selects the wrong size or color.

Change of Mind
Because each item is produced specifically after it is ordered, we generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
